Terms of Use and Refunds (Draft)

These terms apply to abchildrenspublishing.com and to printables bought from A&B Children's Publishing, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By using the site, buying or downloading, you agree to them. Buyers must be 18 or older.
Printable coloring packs: license
Personal-use license: for use in one household or one classroom, by the buyer only. Print as many copies as that household or classroom needs. You may not resell, share, upload, post, email or otherwise redistribute the files or printed copies, use them in products for sale, or use them to train AI. A&B Children's Publishing, LLC keeps all copyright; buying a pack gives you this license, not ownership of the artwork.
Free coloring samplers
Free for personal and classroom use under the same license as our paid packs; not for resale or redistribution. One free sampler per email address.
Ownership
All coloring books, pages, illustrations and text belong to A&B Children's Publishing, LLC and are protected by copyright. A purchase gives you a license to use the files as described above; it doesn't transfer ownership. If the license is broken, it ends and the files must be deleted.
Checkout, payment and delivery
Printables bought on this site are sold through Payhip's checkout; Payhip's terms also apply to the payment. Files are delivered by download link right after purchase; nothing is shipped. Printables bought in our Etsy shop are also covered by Etsy's terms and policies, and our books are sold and delivered by Amazon under its terms.

Refunds and replacements
These are instant digital downloads, so we can't take returns, and we don't refund a purchase just because it was downloaded and not wanted. But if a file is defective (won't open, is damaged or incomplete), isn't as described on its product page, or you were charged twice, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with your order email and what went wrong. We'll reply within 3 business days and send a working replacement or, if we can't fix it, a full refund to your original payment method. Etsy orders are also covered by Etsy's own policies. This doesn't limit any rights you have under law.

Product information
We describe each pack (page count, themes, size) as accurately as we can, with previews. Printed colors depend on your printer and paper. If something isn't as described, the refund terms above apply.
Adult supervision
Our pages are meant for children to use with an adult nearby. Adults choose age-appropriate supplies (crayons, markers, scissors) and supervise their use.
Third-party services
Checkout, payment, email, hosting, printing and shipping are provided by the independent companies named in our Privacy Policy, under their own terms. We aren't responsible for their sites, outages or policies, but we'll help you with any problem with an order from us.
Disclaimer of warranties
Apart from the promises written in these terms and any warranty the law gives you that can't be excluded, this website and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim other warranties, express or implied, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. This does not limit liability that can't legally be limited, including for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits or waives any right you have under consumer protection law, including the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, or any right that can't be waived by contract.
Indemnity
If you break these terms or the printable license (for example, by reselling or sharing our files), and that causes a claim against A&B Children's Publishing, LLC, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows. This doesn't apply to claims caused by our own fault.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, please email [email protected] first so we can try to fix it; most problems are solved this way. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, either of us may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, or in small claims court where you live if it qualifies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited or removed only as much as needed and the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the policies linked from them, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site and your purchase.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
